Year Of The Water Rabbit

2023 started out pretty well for our organization. We were able to schedule our friend and fabulous artist, Emily Ding, to lead a small group of aspiring artists in our latest 333 Arts Jam. This year is particularly strategic for our organization, as we are making a push to spend more time in Contra Costa County and Solano Counties. We have historically done the bulk of our work in Oakland and Alameda County, but the time to grow our reach is now!

On this mural jam we had four women that really helped to render Emily’s design to life in a most beautiful way. Emily led 333’s Callan Porter-Romero along with Concord residents Demaris Brown and Kai Newquist, assisted by Pinole resident (and newly graduated from Art Academy University) Shaye Maxey in our Lunar New Year homage.

We hope you enjoy not just the murals that Three Thirty Three brings, but also the unity and community building. The art my friends, is just a byproduct of our collaboration. The magic is the process.
